Texting is always the quickest way to get a response!

Providing superior care is EXTREMELY time-intensive and involves much follow up. Most days, we are on the phone all day. We do have interns and helpers, but not every single day.

• Some days, we can get 4 calls, and some days we can get 24 calls! Nevertheless, EVERY call is VERY important to us.

• Sometimes we make a mistake and forget to call someone back, or don't try them back more than once. Please help us by following up and making another contact! You are never bothering us!

• Our service commitment is a response within 30 minutes.

• If we do not respond in a timely way to a text message, please try calling, or sending another text message.

Thank you for your patience, and for understanding that sometimes calls pile up. If you have not gotten forms for billing or a jury excuse letter in a timely fashion, please send a text reminder.

Kindly contact us during business hours when possible. If the matter is urgent and can't wait until the next day, please do not hesitate to be in touch at any time of day or night.
