Our Team

Faith McGinn, FNP, IBCLC

Nurse Practitioner

Lactation Consultant

Faith works as a nurse practitioner in service of all ages and stages of life. Special areas of interest include the emerging family (parents and babies) and gender care. Faith started out as a birth doula, childbirth and lactation educator in 1996.

Faith saw many families struggling with breastfeeding in the 90s and 2000s, getting conflicting advice, and wanted to provide sound and accurate guidance. After spending years serving emerging families in the hospital, as a labor and delivery nurse and developing lactation programs, she returned to private practice. She continued facilitating new mothers' support groups in the community and online. She returned to university and broadened her scope of practice to include primary and urgent care for children and adults. She went to work at a non-profit to increase access to personalized care.

Lifelong learning and sharing information are a passion. She is currently nursing faculty with local colleges and universities. In addition to one-on-one visits, Faith recognizes the power of group care and classes to families planning for birth and successful breastfeeding. She also created a series of instructional videos on her YouTube channel, wagonbird. The channel has 4 million views, and 20,000+ subscribers. Her online classes for parents and professionals are available now.

In her spare time, she enjoys putting together local educational events to encourage professional fellowship, such as round-table discussions, journal reviews, and advanced doula workshops. She hopes to help others in their paths to empower the community and get the healthcare partnership they are really after.

Lindsey

Medical Assistant

Hello! My name is Lindsey and I am a proud Colorado native living in North Denver with my two senior dogs. I have always felt passionate about helping others and advocating for those who may feel voiceless or powerless. I earned a degree in Social Work at MSU Denver and look forward to furthering my education in the future. While wanting to expand my clinical experience I thankfully found All is Well Family Practice and quickly felt right at home due to our shared common values and ethics. I am a firm believer in equality of care, gender affirming care and open accessibility to health care. I am eager to meet clients where they are in life and to maintain a curious and open mind. I believe that a strong community can make a huge impact in a person's life and I am truly grateful to be a part of the community at All is Well!

Elyse

Medical Assistant

Hello! My name is Elyse. I live in Commerce City with my husband, dog, and two monster kids. I met Faith through breastfeeding difficulties with my first child. On day 5 of my child's life, I felt defeated, alone, and dreading every feeding. I reached out to Faith and with her expertise we continued to breastfeed exclusively for the next 18 months. I learned SO MUCH during my time in Faith's group about the wide variety of breastfeeding hardships. I also grew to appreciate the powerfully priceless support that a community can build. I witnessed not only my own, but many women's confidence blossom as we all navigated the journey of motherhood together. I learned that every person's struggle is significant and widely unique.

I earned a degree in psychology from University of Colorado (SKO BUFFS!) and am currently back in school to pursue a degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography. I am so excited for this opportunity to help ALL people along life's journey. I am committed to meeting patients wherever they are in life, figuring out the best plan for individual care, and fostering education and community along the way. We are all in this journey together and should support each other and enjoy the ride!
